When Can I Get a Refund?

Because of the nature of our wellness products, we only offer refunds if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived damaged, expired, or in poor condition.

  • There is a clear quality issue with the product you received.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed products.


How To Request a Refund

If there’s a problem with your order:
1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
2️⃣ Share your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short explanation.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or refund process.


How We Process Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • We’ll process it once we receive the returned item (if applicable) and confirm its condition.

  • Refunds are made through M-Pesa for Cash On Delivery orders.

  • Refunds are normally completed within 3–5 working days after approval.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the issue is our mistake (wrong item, damaged or expired product), we cover the return cost.
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or changed your mind, you’ll handle the return shipping.
